Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING & DELIVERY offers worldwide shipping along with a tracking number following approval of transaction.  Please allow up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order.  Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.     

All orders within Canada are shipped within 7-10 business days not including processing time using Canada Post.  A flat rate will be charged for shipping throughout all of Canada. A tracking number will become available once transaction has been approved. 
All orders placed within the United States are generally shipped within 5 to 7 business days not including processing time incurred from FedEx.  Further delays of up to 10 business days may occur for items containing fox and rabbit fur due to additional customs clearance.  A flat rate will be charged for all shipments made throughout the United States.  A tracking number will be become available once the transaction has been approved.     
All international orders are shipping within 10-15 business days not including processing time using FedEx.  A flat rate will be charged for ALL international orders.  A tracking number will become available once transaction has been approved.  Please note, at this time, shipping to the Ukraine is not available.       
* Note: All VAT, customs and/or duty fees/charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in accordance to the applicable country’s customs policy.   
RETURNS & EXCHANGES RETURN POLICY offers a full refund on all regular priced merchandise exclusively sold at if they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold, with original tags within 14 days of receipt. 
Refunds of merchandise without original tags will NOT be accepted.Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s).
The Return Inquiry must be completed within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused. All sales items with promo code are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item. 
To return your merchandise, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date.You must return the item(s) within 2 days of the shipment date after receiving the RMATo request a RMA number, please email us at [email protected] and include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line.

THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PARCELThe RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel to be returned. Additionally, customers must ship with a postal service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.Please note that packages returned without the authorized RMA label and/or alternative couriers will be refused at the warehouse.  
Outerwear with significant defects excluding normal wear and tear may be eligible for repair within 90 days of their initial purchase date.  

A manufacturing defect is any flaw within the design or material of a product which includes; zipper, splitting seems, loss of a button or snap. Note that Nicole Benisti reserves the right to refuse any repair at its sole discretion.  Nicole Benisti outerwear is crafted with careful attention to every stitch and detail. With no two furs being the same, each pelt is carefully selected and dyed for a unique gradient coloration. Variations in colour of fur add to the unique allure of each garment.  Wear and tear is a damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.  Any damages such as tears in material, discoloring of leather or fabric, loss of fur, feather loss, improper care, damages caused by dry cleaners or negligence will not be covered by our warranty and a repair, if possible, may be subject to a fee.  Any jacket altered by a third party, will void the warranty provided by Nicole Benisti.  Nicole Benisti jackets purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler must be returned to that said retailer in order to benefit from their provided warranty.  For more information, please contact our customer service at [email protected].    

If you have received a damaged and/or defective item from, please send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt including images of damage and/or defect to quality for a refund and/or exchange. Once approved, instructions to process return and/or exchange will be communicated to you directly through our customer service.
